West Essex Logistics Center

West Essex Logistics Center is a 293,887 square foot modern logistics building located in the infill Northern New Jersey submarket within Livingston Township. Bluewater worked closely with the Township to redevelop an underutilized vacant office property previously located on the site. Following the demolition of the office building, Bluewater delivered a Class A distribution facility to meet the changing tenant design requirements for infill distribution buildings. The building delivered in 2022 and was immediately leased to a 3PL tenant servicing the New Jersey Ports.
