Project Schooner

Bluewater Property Group assembled this 200 acre parcel in Johnston Rhode Island in 2019.  Over the course of three years, Bluewater worked hand in hand with Local and State leadership to execute this nearly 4 million square foot build-to-suit facility and bring meaningful economic development to the State of Rhode Island. Currently under construction, Project Schooner is expected to deliver in 2023.
