Hainesport Commerce Center

​Hainesport Commerce Center is a 478,715 square foot cross dock facility located in Burlington County, New Jersey with close proximity to both the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295. Bluewater worked closely with Hainesport Township to repurpose vacant land zoned for retail use through a site specific Redevelopment Plan. The Class A building is designed with best-in-class features and was fully leased to a 3PL tenant prior to construction completion in 2021.
