545 Washington Street

​545 Washington Street is a two-parcel assemblage in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Bluewater identified the property on an off-market basis and worked to successfully entitle a 132,055 square foot, Class A warehouse and distribution building. The site is ideally situated just one-mile up Route 1 from Exit 36A of I-495, providing proximate access to the major population bases of New England. Bluewater closed on the property with a joint venture partner in July of 2022, immediately commenced construction on a speculative basis and delivered within 10 months.
